CEI-826-iXD iSCSI SAN storage system offers next-generation storage with blazing fast CPU power, DDR4 ECC 8GB (Upgradeable to 64Gb) system memory per controller, mind blowing performance, high availability, unparalleled scalability, suitable for enterprise level and SMB storage requirements. The CEI-826-iXD was designed to be an ideal solution for enterprise, cloud data centers, and remote branch office (ROBO) deployments.
CEI-826-iXD features a Dual-Active controller architecture, both controllers concurrently provide storage services in real time. Active-Active architecture doubles the available host bandwidth and cache hit ratio, ensuring maximum utilization of system resources and maximized throughput. If one controller fails, the other controller can transparently take over all storage services. In addition to storage services, management service can transparently pass to the secondary controller.
The CEI-826-iXD is a highly-available iSCSI SAN storage system. All of the critical components in the CEI-826-iXD are hot pluggable and designed with full redundancy. This design allows the system to withstand multiple component failures and achieve 99.999% availability.
